The terms.

Pre-launch draft. Bookings remain disabled until Vesper’s operator has completed legal review and published final business and policy details.

Booking tickets

Vesper is a curated event ticketing platform launching in Los Angeles and New York. All prices and payments are in US dollars. The displayed ticket price is the total charged by Vesper: no added guest service, reservation or processing fee.

Read the event’s location, timing, admission restrictions, accessibility details and refund policy before booking. A free reservation requires no card and carries no Vesper fee. A paid ticket is issued only after payment is confirmed. Ticket links are private bearer credentials; a ticket permits one admission and cannot be used twice.

Creators and fees

Creators and events are approved manually. A completed conversation is required for creator approval. Vesper deducts $0.50 for each paid ticket, plus actual applicable Stripe payment-processing charges, from creator proceeds. Free tickets carry no Vesper fee. Creators cannot pass Vesper or processing fees to guests through checkout. No Vesper listing, subscription or payout surcharge is added by this MVP.

The standard US domestic card estimate of 2.9% + $0.30 applies per payment, not per ticket, and is an illustration only. Actual Stripe payment-processing charges, international-card costs, disputes, refunds and payout timing depend on the live account agreement. These must be confirmed and disclosed before paid launch.

Refunds, cancellations and changes

The event’s published refund policy applies subject to applicable law. Contact Vesper to request help. Vesper administrators manage full-order cancellations and refunds. For a paid refund, Vesper refunds the creator-account charge and returns its application fee. Original Stripe processing fees may not be returned. A refund is not complete until Stripe confirms it. Partial refunds made in Stripe leave tickets valid unless Vesper explicitly cancels the full order.

Material event changes are reviewed manually; affected ticket holders receive an operational email. Cancelled events stop selling immediately. Vesper must actively manage any refunds due; cancelling an event does not itself prove money has been returned.

Creator responsibilities

Creators are responsible for lawful, truthful events; permits, safety, admission policies, accessibility and tax obligations; providing accurate information; and promptly reporting changes or cancellations. Creator approval is not a guarantee of event safety or performance. Payout onboarding is handled by Stripe Connect. Vesper can pause sales or suspend creators for review.

Operator and unresolved launch details

Before public launch, the operator must publish its legal entity and contact address, governing terms, dispute procedures, tax approach, age/privacy requirements, cancellation guarantees and final Stripe/Connect responsibility model. This draft is not a substitute for that review.
